About Talk to Myself
An app that started from
one overthinking person
Talk to Myself didn’t begin
in a big organization.
It grew out of a simple tool
one person made for their own busy mind.
Our story
At some point, self-chat in messengers and notes in paper journals
no longer felt enough to clear the mind.
Messages disappeared among other chats,
and notebook pages were hard to revisit later.
That’s when the idea came:
“What if there was a quiet chat just with myself,
and those conversations stayed over time?”
That idea became the starting point of Talk to Myself.
It began as a tool for one person,
but now it is shared with people
who want a small space
to look back on themselves at their own pace.

What we try to keep
The user’s mind comes first
Before adding features,
we ask whether the app is making your mind feel a little lighter, not heavier.
Quiet, but long-lasting
We don’t aim to be loud or flashy.
We want to be a quiet tool that you can keep using over time.
A tool for understanding, not diagnosis
Talk to Myself does not diagnose or replace therapy.
We see it as a tool
that helps you understand yourself a little better.
